The love of food runs deep in my veins. My enthusiasm for the culinary arts began as soon as I could reach the stove-top to boil water for Jello. I quickly moved on to eggs and fried bologna sandwiches! I was hooked immediately and cooking became my happy place. I find joy in the whole experience, from planning and creating the menu, to sourcing the perfect ingredients. However, my greatest pleasure is seeing the satisfied smiles of those enjoying the food I have created.
The menu is a spinoff of recipes from the restaurant we operated in Montrose between 2003 and 2008. Here you will find eclectic, local, simple, yet oftentimes exotic offerings that are inspired by foods from around the world. My passion for diverse cuisines will ensure a well balanced mix of options enriched with flavorful ingredients.
